- Working hours: 9 am - 6 pm CET
- Monthly Starting Salary: $800 $1600 (depending on experience)
- Starting date: ASAP

**Primary Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Create, build, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
- Analyze campaign metrics to determine successful strategies and areas for improvement
- Allocate ad budget to winning campaigns and adjust budget for underperforming campaigns to maximize ROI
- Conduct A/B testing on different strategies, tactics, and targeting options to improve campaign performance
- Assist in creating effective ad copies that resonate with the target audience
- Utilize ROAS metrics to optimize campaigns for maximum return on ad spend

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
- Proven track record of creating and managing successful ad campaigns with a strong understanding of campaign optimization strategies
- Expertise in analyzing campaign metrics and using data-driven insights to improve performance
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with e-commerce brands and webshops is a plus
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
