Job Description

Age to Perfection Medical Spa is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to take full ownership of our online growth, campaigns, and digital systems.

This role is execution-focused, not agency-style or purely strategic. We are looking for someone who can personally build, fix, launch, and optimize — from website pages and campaigns to CRM automations and AI tools.

If you enjoy doing the work yourself, testing ideas, and directly impacting revenue, this role is for you.

This is a full-time remote position, with weekly virtual check-ins and occasional collaboration for launches or content.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

Website & Shopify

Build and optimize Shopify landing pages for services, memberships, and promotions.

Fix website issues, improve UX, and increase conversion rates.

Create new pages for campaigns, wellness programs, and service launches.

Growth Strategy & Campaigns

Develop and execute growth strategies to increase bookings, memberships, and revenue.

Launch and manage email and SMS campaigns (promotions, follow-ups, reactivation).

Build offers, funnels, and client journeys from start to finish.

Creative & Content

Design campaign graphics using Canva or Adobe tools.

Edit short-form videos for promotions, ads, and website use.

Create marketing assets for digital campaigns and brand initiatives

CRM & Automation.

Manage CRM marketing Zenoti (email, SMS, segmentation, automations).

Optimize client communication flows and lead nurturing.

Track campaign performance and continuously improve results

AI & Optimization.

Train and optimize AI tools on website content and services.

Improve website copy, workflows, and internal efficiency using AI.

Stay current with AI and automation trends applicable to marketing.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (not just managing agencies).

Strong experience with Shopify (building pages, landing pages, basic optimization).

Experience with email & SMS marketing platforms / CRMs.

Strong execution skills in campaign creation, graphics, and content.

Basic to intermediate video editing skills

Growth-oriented mindset with a focus on results and revenue.

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.

Experience in medical spa, aesthetics, wellness, healthcare, or service-based businesses is a plus (but not required)

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience training or working with AI tools.

Familiarity with booking systems and service-based businesses.

Paid ads experience (Google / Meta).

Compensation & Schedule

Full-time position

Pay: MX$32,000 – MX$35,000 per month

Performance-based growth opportunities

If you prefer delegating work rather than building and launching yourself, this position will not be the right fit.
