About the Role

We are seeking a highly technical SEO professional who can architect, implement, and scale advanced organic search strategies — while also managing social media initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and amplify reach. This role requires a strategist who understands how SEO, content, and social media ecosystems work together to drive growth, authority, and measurable revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities Technical SEO & Site Infrastructure

• Perform deep technical audits (crawl budget, indexation, schema, Core Web Vitals, site speed, canonicalization).
• Partner with engineering to resolve rendering, structured data, and performance issues.
• Manage site architecture for scalability across multi-site, e-commerce, or international frameworks.

On-Page SEO & Content Strategy

• Execute entity-based keyword clustering and semantic optimization.
• Build topical authority through strategic content mapping, metadata, and internal linking.
• Lead scalable initiatives including programmatic SEO and AI-enhanced content workflows.

Off-Page SEO & Authority Building

• Design link acquisition strategies via digital PR, influencer outreach, and partnerships.
• Conduct backlink health monitoring, disavow management, and link velocity analysis.
• Strengthen EEAT signals (Expertise, Experience, Authority, Trustworthiness) across digital assets.

Social Media & Content Amplification

• Manage official brand presence on key platforms (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
• Develop and execute social media campaigns that support SEO objectives by boosting engagement, visibility, and earned links.
• Create synergy between organic search content and social amplification strategies.
• Monitor social engagement metrics and tie them into overall digital performance reporting.

Analytics, Testing & Reporting

• Build advanced reporting dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio, SQL, BigQuery).
• Track KPIs across SEO + social including traffic, CTR, engagement, conversions, and attributed revenue.
• Conduct A/B testing of meta titles, structured data, and content variations.
• Present actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Required Expertise

• 2-3 years of SEO leadership in high-competition industries.
• Social Media Specialist experience
• Advanced use of SEO tools (Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Ahrefs, SEMrush, DeepCrawl).
• Demonstrated ability to grow organic traffic into measurable revenue outcomes.
• Hands-on social media campaign management with a proven track record of boosting engagement and reach.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills with marketing, content, and engineering teams.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with international SEO & local SEO (USA multi-location, hreflang).
• Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript; familiarity with Python/R for SEO automation.
• Background in digital PR and influencer marketing strategy.
• Understanding of AI in search (Google SGE/AI Overviews, Bing Copilot).
