**Content & Social Media Creator - Mento Agency**

En **Mento Agency**, somos una agencia enfocada 100% en resultados, especializada en campañas de pauta digital en **Meta, Google y TikTok Ads**. Ayudamos a nuestros clientes a **vender más**, combinando estrategia, creatividad y performance.

Estamos buscando un perfil **creativo, versátil y con actitud** para liderar la creación de contenido de nuestras redes, editar videos para anuncios y aparecer frente a cámara cuando sea necesario (tanto para la agencia como para algunos clientes).

**¿Qué vas a hacer?**
- Gestionar y crear contenido para las redes sociales de Mento (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Editar videos publicitarios y contenido orgánico para campañas de nuestros clientes.
- Aparecer en cámara (cuando se necesite) como imagen fresca, cercana y profesional de la agencia.
- Apoyar ideas creativas y guiones para reels, anuncios, testimoniales y más.
- Coordinar el calendario de contenido y asegurar que todo se publique a tiempo.
- Investigar tendencias en redes para proponer formatos actualizados y efectivos.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência previa creando contenido para redes sociales (portafolio o redes propias activas).
- Conocimiento intermedio de edición de video (Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut o similar).
- Facilidad para hablar frente a cámara y buena presentación personal.
- Creatividad, iniciativa y orientación a resultados.
- Plus: conocimiento básico de Meta Ads o TikTok Ads.

**Lo que buscamos**:
Alguien que se mueva bien entre ideas, cámaras y deadlines. Una mente creativa, pero con hambre de performance. Alguien que **no solo publique bonito, sino que sepa por qué lo hace y para qué**.
