At ScienceBank, we’re helping foundations, universities, and nonprofits around the world improve their effectiveness and efficiency in reviewing and distributing grants.
We're looking for full-time SDRs to join our global team. You’ll be working remotely five days a week (Monday through Friday), collaborating with a sharp, successful team and sales management that has grown a new production from $0 to $10M in annual sales. You are getting in on the ground floor of a dynamic startup, and you’ll get hands-on training, real mentorship, and a clear path to earn more and move up over time.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Qualify leads and book meetings for our Executive team
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, CRM, and Excel to manage outreach
- Build your skills in sales strategy, communication, and pipeline management
**What We’re Looking For**
- No prior sales experience desired but not required—just strong communication skills, a great attitude, and a driven work ethic.
- You’re ambitious, organized, and not afraid to pick up the phone
- Open to occasional paid travel
- Interested in long-term career growth (we promote from within)
**This is a great role if you’re**:
- A recent grad or early-career professional looking to break into B2B sales
- Interested in biomedical research and nonprofit foundations, healthcare, biotech, or lab tech
- Excited to learn fast, work hard, and earn real money doing it
