**The Position**
- The Obesity Medical Manager is responsible of develop and implement Key Opinion Leaders, Healthcare Professionals Payers and relevant Medical Associations scientific communication strategy in line with Global and local Novo Nordisk Medical Affairs strategy and provide proactive medical support and medical strategies to current and new business opportunities for Novo Nordisk in the out-of-pocket market.**Activities and Responsibilities**
- Design, plan and execute the brand medical strategy
- Effectively communicate the science behind our brands
- To design and execute the medical launch strategy for new products
- To design, plan and implement the medical affairs strategy at local level (Publications, KOL engagement, medical education, medical guidance, and clinical trials support).
- To support the sales force/access team in the scientific medical dialogue with HCPs and KOLs, as needed

**Required Qualifications**
- Medical doctor with a Master’s degree or specialization in administrative, MBA, epidemiology, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
- Fluent in oral and written English and Spanish
- Minimum 5 years of experience working for Pharmaceutical companies in Medical Department in similar roles
- Very proactive and hands-on person
