We are hiring the best talent for a Product Management Associate Wound Closure & Repair to be located in the city of Bogotá, Colombia (Relocation Not Applicable).
General Summary
Marketing position with responsibilities of design and localization of the regional marketing plan for Wound Closure & Repair products. This role works mainly with local sales force and local and regional product management to support the design and implementation (roll-out) of key product management activities.
Reports to Marketing Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop the mid
- and long-term innovation strategy for Colombia in collaboration with the LATAM regional team and the supporting areas in Colombia (Sales Force, Supply, Finance Regulatory Affairs, HEMA, Profed and Commed).
- Feedback and input to LATAM region and product Pipeline: Ensure the representation of Colombia customer needs in product development pipeline.
- Drive Local sales as well as NPL planning process, reviews, and approach to local adjustments. Coordinate with Local supply chain to always ensure availability of all products. Ensure business continuity through demand planning and forecasting activities with supply and commercial local teams.
- Work in a day-to-day basis with the Commercial team (Reps, SCG and Specialty leaders) in order to detect opportunities to increase sales and J&J presence and track them from a marketing standpoint until they are achieved.
- Shapes and delivers market expansion strategies that target market access and identifies as well as crafts networks of KOLs to build strategic relationships for driving brand objectives.
- Develop marketing plans with clear value propositions, reasons to believe as well as commercialization strategies for existing products and planned product launches in accordance with the Launch Excellence process (LEX). Ensure that product launches are aligned with the regional strategy and fulfill financial requirements including pricing, GP, inventory levels and revenue.
- Responsible for the platform P&L including, Sales achievement, A&P control, Pricing strategy and GP. Work very close with Finance team.
- Supervise Local Business Plan and Sales Targets to our platforms commitments.
- Define Scope of NPIs including portfolio definition, required investments and product lifecycle
- Assist in the execution of market access projects decided by multifunctional Teams (Value Added projects with HEMA and Strategic solutions). Maintain and improve product value propositions, dossiers and encouraging evidence after launch.
- Lead all marketing plan to patients, HCP´s and medical and patients associations including marketing campaigns, congresses, marketing events in Institutions and plans to increase our brand Awareness among J&J Key Stake Holders. Develop all the strategies and material for all the activities working very close with Communication area and the media and creative agencies.
- In-depth knowledge and experience delivering solutions to support business unit and brand/franchise and experience with Digital Marketing solutions including one or more of the following: Website marketing, digital advertising, SEO, social media, and CRM is required.
- Partner with LEX PMOs to supervise progress in launch preparations and execution and help removing roadblocks
- Partner with Local & Regional HEMA, ProfEd and CommEd teams to support local product launch preparation and execution.
- Supports the overall Colorectal & Mechanicals strategy development and deployment as a member of Northern Cluster.
- Track of Market Share working locally with commercial teams and very close to the LATAM marketing team.
