**We are searching the best talent for MSL to be in Bogotá, Colombia.**

**You will be responsible for**:

- Build relationships with community and academic HCPs focusing on changing behavior through the exchange of scientific knowledge
- Convey the value of the attributes related to the innovation (ie, efficacy, safety, effectiveness, adherence, QoL) to gain attribute endorsement with stakeholders
- Shaping the market by changing behaviors within the HCP Community during product pre launching phases - prepare the market and medical community, accelerate adoption (PIs engagement and pre-approval access programs)
- Follow up on adoption, identifying barriers for behavior change for inline products
- Respond to scientific inquiries of HCPs/investigators/health care systems and population health decision makers
- Integrates scientific data into real life practice to meet customer/audience needs
- Identify potential sites and support sites recruitment when needed in alignment with the TA Head/Senior medical manager
- Execute Medical Field Events focused on pipeline products close to launch and key in line products
- Gather insights from Field interactions regarding product, Competitors, needs and opportunities
- Draw and execute the territory and KOL engagement plan according to the strategy and validated by the other MAF stakeholders

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications:

- Scientific degree: science degree
- At least 2 years of clinical experience or in roles in the pharmaceutical industry is highly valuable asset
- Availability to work in the field at least 75% of time.
- Understanding of scientific research, clinical trial design / conduct and interpretation of medical data
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills for interaction with external and internal partners
- High customer focus with ability to recognize importance of strategic customer interactions as opportunities to become partner of choice for scientific exchange, data generation and landscape solutions
- Able to work in a team and independently with focus on open, transparent and collaborative relationships, aligned on common goals
- Able to work in a matrix to coordinate and drive a complex, and constantly changing environment
- Confidence to serve as expert regarding scientific information, clinical research activity, healthcare landscape and emerging scientific trends within therapeutic area
- Knowledge of general healthcare landscape
- Awareness of, and adherence to, Johnson & Johnson Credo values, regulatory requirements and International Health Care Business Integrity Guidelines
- Languages: Spanish and English: have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. At least intermediate English level.
- Computer skills: knowledge of Microsoft Office and use of digital technologies to improve health care delivery
