**The team you’ll be part of**
Nokia’s People organization is responsible for leading a business-driven people strategy and offering people and workplace services to all Nokia employees. We partner closely with the business to provide a motivated and engaged workforce that is fit for the future.
People Experience Americas Care organization, part of People organization, is primarily responsible for delivering excellent digital and human experiences to employees and managers in the Americas region. People Experience Americas Care NAM is responsible for supporting Nokia employees in the North American region, during all their employee lifecycle.
**What you will learn and contribute to**
We are looking for a results-oriented, proactive professional with experience in customer service, shared service organizations, and interest in customer experience improvement for areas of People services or Human Resources.
As part of our team, you will be:
- Handling inquiries on people processes, tools, policies, benefits.
- Managing on-boarding, leaves, restructuring, redeployment, audits.
- Supporting country, regional or global projects and initiatives.
- Providing consultation to managers on complex people topics.
- Coaching and Consulting line managers in line with People strategy and according to established People/HR policies and procedures.
**Your skills and experience**
Human Resources professional with a bachelor’s degree on related careers (Human Relations and Business, industrial engineering, business administration, etc.) with 5+ year of experience in Human Resources.
You have:
- Experience supporting U.S. and/or Canada labor processes and legislation.
- Experience supporting employees and managers through the HR processes for U.S. or Canada: New hire onboarding, Exit Management, Benefits administration, Leaves, Immigration and Relocation, local compliance, restructuring, redeployment, compensation, and recognition plans.
- Experience leading implementation of new processes and initiatives.
- Experience providing working leadership and training to less experienced personnel.
- Experience handling multiple stakeholders and managing expectations.
- Experience leading indirect reports.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Accountability and Result Orientation.
- Customer Service ability.
- Ability to work in virtual and diverse teams.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong ability to adapt to change and be an active change management supporter
It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience working on Share Service organizations.
- Experience supporting customer through ticketing tool and call line systems.
- Experience using HR Systems: Oracle, SAP, and Success Factor HRIS.
- Experience supporting customer experience improvement projects in People/HR organizations
