We are seeking a **WhatsApp Automation Specialist** for a **one-time setup project** **(compensation is negotiable)**to design and implement an automated lead follow-up system. The goal is to improve patient engagement, reduce response times, and increase conversion rates from inquiries to consultations.

**Scope of Work**
- Configure and optimize WhatsApp Business API for patient lead follow-up.
- Integrate WhatsApp with our CRM and telemedicine platforms.
- Design automated workflows and templates for lead nurturing.
- Implement chatbot responses for common patient inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations.
- Test the full system to ensure smooth operation before handover.

**Requirements**:

- Fully Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Proven experience with WhatsApp Business automation and API integrations.
- Strong knowledge of CRM connectivity and workflow design.
- Ability to create efficient, patient-friendly automated communication flows.
- Familiarity with healthcare or data privacy compliance is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
