**Profile Summary**:
The primary aim of this role is to engage potential clients through various communication channels, discern their requirements, and schedule an exploratory discussion to expand upon the value proposition, with the goal of ultimately securing a new business opportunity in the US logistics industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, referrals, events, and social media.
- Assess prospects' business needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process to qualify leads effectively and prepare the Account Executive for the exploration meeting.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients to showcase products, services, and value propositions.
- Identify and understand the needs, challenges, and pain points of prospective customers.
- Engage in building and presenting quotes as under the guidance of the team.
- Ensure accurate data management and communication history by updating customer information, activities, and interactions within the provided google sheet.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Achieve predetermined activity targets on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
**Afternoon Shift**:Monday to Friday from 12 pm to 9 pm. US Calendar.
**Requirements and skills**:
- Advanced English level (C1).
- **2 years of experience in a Sales or Business Development Representative role.**:
- **1 year of logistics experience with a U.S.based logistics company is required. (Roles of interest: Logistics Coordinator, Broker, Carrier Sales, and similar).**:
- Proactive mindset and Initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
**Commissions**: 2% of gross revenue (Year 1), 1% (Year 2), none thereafter. Paid bi-annually. Bonuses for closed leads you generate, approx. $25+ (e.g., gift card), amount varies based on your deal-closing involvement.
