This position is with the Optum Financial Technology team. **What you'll be doing**:

- Work on production issues assigned
- Proactively monitor and manage incidents and service requests assigned to meet targets for backlog and aging
- Write SQL queries to research the issue and determine the impact list
- Improve and or create documentation on known errors
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for reoccurring issues
- Provide value adds and ideas to improve/enhance the system

**Required Qualifications**:

- 1.5+ years of experience in the role
- Experience working with Oracle database and writing SQL queries
- Production support experience and ability to research/debug production issues
- Problem solver who can use and analyze log files with good troubleshooting skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in Healthcare/Financial domain
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning (service module)
- ITIL Concepts
