**Customer Service and Dispatch Agents**
We are an outsourcing company located in Buenos Aires, Argentina managing a long-term sales and logistics project based in the USA. The campaign we are running is for a Transport Broker Company specializing in national and international vehicle transportation.
**Purpose**
Customer Service Agents will be responsible for ensuring that the Customer’s experience goes smoothly and exceeds their expectations from the moment of booking through delivery.
**Responsibilities**
- Proactively communicating with customers to keep them informed during key stages of the post-sale process.
- Building good working relationships with service providers to ensure the smooth running of the service.
- Maintaining complete and accurate internal records and notes reflecting all customer and carrier contact/communication
- Creative problem solving to meet client’s expectations and needs while adhering to the company’s policies.
- Following up with customers after the service has been completed to request feedback on our service and identify areas for improvement.
- Carrying out general administration duties such as:
- Fielding general calls from clients and directing them appropriately or handling requests directly
- Fielding billing questions from carriers and providing basic information; organizing inspection reports and invoices
- Receiving contracts, compiling complete paperwork for all orders, and filing and recording appropriately
**Requirements**:
- At least one years’ experience working in Customer service.
- Excellent time management, multitasking and organizational skills.
- Patience and empathy while being assertive to create a solution.
- Ability to stay calm, cool, and collected when dealing with difficult situations.
- Exceptional listening skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Efficient typing skills.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to situations quickly.
- Good judgment and initiative.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Being able to work in a team while being able to work on your own initiative.
- Home office setup with high speed internet.
