**How you will make impact**:
As a **Delivery Manager, **you will play a crucial role in overseeing customer account management, collaborating cross-functionally, ensuring timely delivery of solutions, and managing the financial aspects of projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for coaching team members, managing metrics, people management, and handling escalations.

**You will**:

- Oversee customer account management: Develop new business, negotiate contracts, and maximize profits.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with the sales team to achieve quotas and keep clients satisfied.
- Ensure delivery to customers: Facilitate timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
- Financial management: Responsible for the financial outcome of the team's delivery and approving timesheets.
- Coaching: Lead team members to successful outcomes, guide delivery practices, and remove impediments.
- Metrics management: Update team dashboards, build and share team capacity metrics.
- People management: Support team members' professional growth and check team performance.
- Escalations: Properly escalate issues and risks impacting delivery, align with functional manager on improvement strategies

**You have**:

- Experience working with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience handling project financial aspects.
- Strong knowledge and experience in waterfall and agile projects.
- Managing groups of more than 10 people.
- Experience in writing reports for clients.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders.
