As an **Account Receivable,** you will managing and tracking the company's outstanding invoices and customer payments.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Invoicing: Prepares and sends invoices to customers for products sold or services rendered.
- Payment Processing: Handles the processing of incoming customer payments.
- Relationship Management: Professionals maintain relationships with customers, responding to inquiries, providing account statements, and addressing any billing or payment-related concerns.
- Collections: In situations where customers fail to pay within the agreed-upon payment terms, the AR team initiates collection activities.
- Collaboration with other departments: Collaborates with other departments within the organization, such as Sales, Customer Service, and Finance, to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, resolve disputes, and maintain effective communication regarding customer accounts.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Studies**: Bachelor's Degree in finance or administrative careers
- **Experience**: 1 - 2 Years as account receivable.
- **Language**: Advanced English skills. C1 or C2 preferred.

- **Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. (We work by the American calendar)
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.

- **Salary**: 3.000.000 - 3.500.000 Based on experience.
