Now we are looking for this position**:Consumer Insights Manager**
**Accountabilities**
- Ensure we have people at the center of everything we do. Be the voice of the consumer in the business.
- Lead the delivery of an impactful insights & analytics agenda and build a High Performing Teams (internal & external partners) that significantly grows our LAB C Business. Set vision and framework & coordinate the strategic planning process from insights perspective, by embedding relevant / inspiring insights into the process and locally downloading the sector strategy.
- As part of the Latin Aamerica Beverages (LAB) team, work as the right-hand partner of the LAB C GM helping set the long-term strategic direction for the business and the short-term execution.
- Ensure that we are ahead of the competition in identifying and taking advantage of consumer trends and opportunities.
- Ensure we have a clear and integrated insights and analytics strategy to enable holistic understanding of growth opportunities (connecting local data, syndicated data and growth opportunities).
- For Flavors: Lead Category, Portfolio & Competitor Performance & Drivers tear down and drive clarity on growth implications.
- For Flavors: Partner with innovation team to define innovation strategy, inspire front end ideation and optimize innovation.
- Leverage Global Insights Tools building PEP wide insights and analytics competitively advantaged next practices.
**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- At least 6-7 year-expertise on theoretical and practical knowledge in quantities and qualitative research tools, statistics, sensorial analysis techniques. Trade MKT & RGM background are a plus.
- Knowledge in Nielsen and Kantar is a must
- Fully bilingual. (English, Spanish - fluent; any other language is a plus).
- High understanding on Franchise business. Also, how we navigate into the Beverages complex system, delivering value inside and outside the company (bottlers).
- Ability to lead a highly qualified team.
- Ability to influence strategic agendas and drive impactful business narratives.
- Managerial experience leading corporate Marketing and sales Insights. (Planning background / knowledge also good)
- Proven ability to drive transformation and set a stretching Insights agenda, across the 3 Insights disciplines (Consumer, Shopper, and Analytics)
- Proven influencing and perseverance skills to tailor recommendation to the needs of stakeholders and effectively engage them to obtain commitment and drive impact. Challenge organization & suppliers to innovate with better tools & processes to ensure constant progress of PepsiCo Insights.
- Insights technical mastery expertise: Significant experience and ability to leverage Insight’s methods to drive business plans, across the full breadth of insight disciplines:
- Identifies systemic knowledge/data gaps across organization & solves for them.
- Curiosity as a central behavior to drive change and impact into our business
