**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
Support the BU strategic Insights agenda by ensuring key consumer initiatives are delivering the intended objective, identifying the possible methodology and supplier approaches.
**Your Impact**
**As Analista de consumer insights, your functions would consist of**:
- Has the ability to identify the key business question in every request that gets to him/her, by clearly articulating the main objective to pursue in each research study
- Gathers and analyses data to identify facts that enable him/ her to generate hypothesis and business questions that will lead to find meaningful insights for her/his BU clients
- Operate efficiently the strategic research agenda aligned to the objectives of brand Coordinators and Managers to ensure they have the correct market information for decision making.
- Perform as a reliable partner for the BU in a daily basis and AOP processes providing data and an insights point of view with data and information to ensure relevance of initiatives with consumers.
- Create synergies between market and shopper teams in order to have a better business understanding, delivering integrated solutions, recommendations and POV
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- College degree in Marketing, Engineer, Business Administration or related careers. (required)
- Interested in Consumer/ shopper/ market insights function.
- 2years experience desired in research methodologies and market dynamics (required)
- Focus on results, explain experiences managing projects and collaborating teams
- Good communication skills (oral and written) to effectively communicate with managers and associates. Intellectual curiosity, proactive, works diligently, structured and organized.
- Excel intermediate (required)
- Power point intermediate - advanced (requiered)
- Power Bi, intermediate-advanced (required)
- Shows leadership skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
- Ability to manage problems from complex to simple
- Shows curiosity and the ability to connect information from different sources to generate hypothesis
- Ability to identify key and concrete conclusions by analyzing different variables
- Operates effectively in matrix relationships across organizational boundaries.
