Product Specialist

**Tus principales responsabilidades a desarrollar**:
Buscamos un analista en desarrollo de productos bancarios que actúe como articulador entre las áreas de negocio, tecnología y experiência de cliente. Este perfil será responsable de definir la visión de cada producto, liderar su evolución funcional y asegurar que los desarrollos estén alineados con los objetivos del cliente.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Definir la estrategia funcional de productos como CDT de inversión virtual, bonos, y otros productos fundacionales.
- Levantar requerimientos funcionales y no funcionales, documentar casos de uso y customer journeys.
- Coordinar con equipos técnicos y de negocio para asegurar la coherencia entre diseño, desarrollo y entrega de valor.
- Participar en sesiones de planeación, estructuración y validación de entregables.
- Asegurar que los productos cumplan con estándares de calidad, seguridad y cumplimiento normativo.

**Requisitos**:

- Profesional en ingeniería, administración, economía o afines.
- +5 años de experiência en desarrollo de productos financieros (preferiblemente en banca).
- Conocimiento profundo del ecosistema bancario colombiano.
- Experiência en metodologías ágiles, diseño de MVPs y gestión de backlog.
- Habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo funcional y pensamiento estratégico.
