Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a **highly motivated, creative, analytical and efficient** Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. You must be a mission and data-driven individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles for online learning communities and a proven track record of executing successful campaigns across various channels. This role requires a hands-on approach with a focus on planning, implementing, and analyzing digital marketing strategies to achieve business and impact objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Conduct market research and competitive analysis** to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities.
- **Plan and manage social media campaigns** across all major platforms, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and community management.
- **Develop and implement SEO strategies** to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
- **Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns** on social media, and other relevant platforms such as Google Ads (with a low initial budget).
- **Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns** using key metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, ROI).
- **Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.**:
- **Collaborate with other departments** (e.g., sales, product development) to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
