**Position Title**: Financial Planning SG&A Sr Analyst

**Location**:Bogotá, Colombia

**Reports to**:Financial Planning Coordinator

This position will be based in Bogota Colombia and will have Financial Planning & Analysis responsibilities over Sales, General and Administrative functions in LATAM for most of the Newell Brand Divisions.

**Key SG&A Responsibilities**:

- Provide financial support to functional leaders on operational expense budgeting and controllership of divisional and shared SG&A functions.
- Work in supporting permanent cooperation with Divisional FP&A teams contributing to full P&L accountability.
- Perform annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for the areas under his/her responsibility maintaining a comprehensive understanding of assumptions underlying estimates as well as supporting to find opportunities, risks and mitigation plans.
- Responsible for a timely and accurate monthly close, performance evaluation and reporting rhythm.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis upon request that is meaningful and impactful.
- Develop models and reports to enable operational tracking including reporting and recommending improvement opportunities.
- Work in permanent alignment with multi-functional teams acting as the support point of contact for functions under his/her responsibility.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- +5 years of experience including +3 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning working with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion is required
- Advanced Excel skills

- Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great oral and written communication in English and Spanish
- Detail oriented and ability to be objective
