As a backoffice Specialist you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data and providing logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

- Create a booking depending on if the cargo will go in a regular container or refeer or flat rack.
- Must maintain an accuracy rate of at least 95%.
- Opens files and ensures accurate and timely data entry into our operational system.
- Track and trace, pickups, signed BOL.
- POD collecting
- Invoicing disputes
- Claims
- Validate information in TaBi.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

What would help you succeed:

- Understand the importance of time management and being service-oriented.
- High School Diploma or bachelor's degree in international business, business administration, or logistics related.
- Language: Advanced B2-C1 English level. Being able to speak English fluently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Management of excel platform.
- Experience in customer service or excellent attitude with good English skills.
