What We Are Seeking

We are looking for the best talent in the industry to support Bizagi’s rapid growth across Latam As a E- Learning Consultant. The main purpose of an eLearning Consultant of the Training Services area is to support with quality standards the daily operations associated with the management of our eLearning platform in order to easily communicate the possibilities made Bizagi in Digital transformation initiatives to our whole community.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities

1. Manage the learning platform (LMS) in Moodle ensuring its correct operation and solving possible issues detected.

2. Develop high quality standards associated with the management of the platform and content development.

3. Develop customized components in Moodle that allow Bizagi to provide interactive use of the learning platform according to the identified learning needs.

4. Design and build different structures to publish and navigate the content in our LMS platform, including resources such as courses, internal pages, quizzes, among others.

5. Create and update the different learning resources using tools such as Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Animate, among others.

6. Create and edit images, graphics, videos, using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.

7. Participate in eLearning projects to create interactive learning experiences through the development of web elements, multimedia components, online assessments, and other learning resources to improve online learning.

8. Work with technology teams to test new solutions and integrations with different eLearning technologies

Academic and professional qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in science, multimedia engineer or technology.

Experience

2+ years of experience in managing Learning Management Systems such as Moodle.
