**Role description**
The HANA Platform Consultant can understand the technical requirements of a solution to propose solutions in SAP Business Technology Platform and HANA Platform. He or she understands all the components within the HANA platform and Business Technology Platform, as well as the way in which they interrelate, in such a way that he or she can offer specific solutions for each problem and customers need. Facilitates the assembly of proposals and accompanies the delivery of services in the critical stages.

**Technical skills**
- Knowledge/Experience in HANA Modeling
- Knowledge/Experience in SAP HANA in-Memory Platform
- Knowledge in Data Management with SAP Business Technology Platform
- Knowledge/Experience in SQLScript or ANSI SQL
- Knowledge/Experience in REST/WebServices concepts
- Knowledge in Cloud Foundry technology
- Knowledge in ABAP programming language
- Knowledge/Experience in DevOps, Github
- Knowledge/Experience in SAP HANA XS Advanced Architecture
- Ability to troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems
- Knowledge/Experience in Data Provisioning strategies and technologies including SAP LT, Data Services, DXC, SDI, SDA and/or Sybase replication server, Data Intelligence, etc.
- Knowledge/Experience in any of the SAP Business Technology Platform services.
- Knowledge/Experience in Enterprise Data Warehouse concepts and models
- Knowledge/Experience in BW or BW/4HANA is a plus
- Knowledge/Experience in BusinessObjects is a plus
- Knowledge/Experience in Data Services is a plus
- Knowledge/Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus
- Technical experience as Basis, Netweaver or as HANA Technology consultant is a plus
- Experience with S/4HANA or functional ERP background is a plus
- Experience with HCI, PI or PO is a plus

**Work experience**

Minimum of 4 years of experience. 3 full life cycle project participation in HANA modeling/development, BW on HANA, BW4/HANA or in any of the services of SAP Business Technology Platform.

**Education**
- University degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technologies
- Minimum Job Experience: 3-5 Years
- HANA modeler, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Business Technology Platform (extensibility or integration) or ABAP certifications
