**Job Description**:
**About the Role**

The Sr Consultant delivers independently end-to-end consulting and development for the RTM projects with low and mid-level of difficulty with the client and the internal team (RTM Commercial, modeling COE and CBP).

They must be able to lead low and mid difficult projects as Project Manager with junior members, and coordinate high complex projects with the help of a senior team member. Building solid partnerships with NIQ’s clients by providing powerful Insights & Recommendations.

**Responsibilities**
- Solid knowledge of main RTM products (Golden Stores, Micro Regions, Brand Overlap and HML) and services results to ensure proper recommendation insights delivery.
- Guarantee a correct review of inputs, in accordance with related data collection and data preparation requirements.
- Design the analytical flow and implement the SCQA process in all projects, to guarantee a fluid storyline, validating hypothesis and delivering actionable answers to the client business questions.
- Management of own projects and proper interaction with client teams and clients.
- Responsible for consulting and execute projects to guarantee quality in terms of deliverables and timeline compliance.
- Interact with internal teams (commercial and modeling) ensuring process flow.
- Deal with contingencies and propose solutions.

**Qualifications**:
Hard Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics. Math, Economics, Engineering, Marketing & Advertising
- Experience 2+ years in a similar role.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) intermediate - advanced
- English level: proficiency

Soft Skills
- Client Management skills: understanding of the client’s needs and provide necessary attention.
- Good communication skills
- Interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Analytical skills, attention to detail.
- Project Management: Ability to manage different projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to ensure delivery in line with commitments.
- Able to effectively communicate in a cross-country environment.
