YOUR IMPACT: Responsibilities
We are looking for star testers You will be responsible for the successful testing and validation of Salesforce solutions for our customers. As a Quality Assurance professional, you will work closely with our entire implementation team, with the mission to ensure the implementation quality, manage defects and report improvements on our Professional Services development lifecycle. Here are some main responsibilities of the role:
- Define and write test cases. Test case reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed
- Execution of Test scripts and evidence documentation through project phases;
- Ensuring the correct functioning of the systems;
- Help to solve problems;
- Ensure adherence to standardized QA policies and processes.
- Quality control management of deliveries, generating reports with the status of the tests carried out;
- Interact, communicate, and follow through with development & customer teams throughout the testing phase
- Assist in internal defect triage calls
- Work in an agile and collaborative environment and following our methodology;
- Working remotely, while collaborating with global teams for delivery across geographies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to document using tools such as Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Knowledge in integration testing using tools like Postman and/or SOAP UI
- Experience with Jira and Azure DevOps;
- Experience with Automation Tests;
- Understanding of SQA methodologies.
- Great attention to detail and ability to identify, isolate, and document defects
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication skills required and ability to work independently;
- Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications;
- Experience as a QA analyst or similar position;
- Experience as a QA for Salesforce Communications Cloud;
- Salesforce Administrator Certified
- Spanish intermediate and Advanced English speaker

- ISTQB Certification
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certified
- Omni Studio Consultant Certified
- Basic knowledge of JAVA/APEX
- Telecommunications Industry Knowledge
