We are looking for a Guest Relations Coordinator to provide excellent guest experience services to our guests in Medellín, Colombia. You will be responsible for coordinating guests’ check-ins, scheduling maintenance, scheduling additional services, and providing above-and-beyond service to our guests before, during, and after their stay. You will also assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the Operations Manager. Ultimately, you will assist with guest services and our business’ image by answering requests and ensuring all guests have an excellent stay.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide luxury guest service experiences for guests throughout their stay
- Coordinate with in-person team and 3rd parties to ensure check-in processes are completed smoothly and guests are properly greeted upon their arrival
- Monitor daily bookings and ensure properties are fully prepared prior to check-in and any pending maintenance tickets are completed by appropriate team members on time
- Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, address any conflicts with a resolution
- Promptly address guests’ requests for the duration of their stay
- Maintain a less than 60-second response time to all messages
- Actively listen to and resolve complaints
- Coordinate communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve guests’ questions and concerns
- Create and triage maintenance requests when necessary
- Analyze guests’ feedback from reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings to staff and management
- Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sight-see
- Make reservations, schedule, and charge for additional services when requested

**Requirements & Skills**
- Proficiency in English & Spanish; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to providing excellent guest experiences
- Experience in Hospitality, and customer service fields are a plus
- Experience with Airbnb, Trello, and Hospitable platforms is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to support all areas of the business as needed
