We are looking for an individual who thrives in a high paced environment, who is detail oriented, has great customer service skills, and is self-motivated with the desire for career advancement.

Should have excellent sales and communication skills, good at keeping records, and able to close a sale.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Following up with clients to generate repeat business.
- Gathering and documenting all necessary customer information needed to sign the required paperwork.
- Ensuring a high level of quality in the way that information is gathered and recorded for use in paperwork.
- Meeting sales quotas.
- Medical Referral Scheduling
- Patient Compliance Management
- Send Patient Referrals Updates to Clients
- Follow-up with Referral Sources to ensure compliance
- Communicate with Medical Centers and Law Firms to get all proper information
- Make sure Client Relations Manager is always up to date with all information properly entered

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- As this is a remote position, employee must have a stable internet connection, a suitable, working computer, and a quality headset to take and make calls.
- Creative thinking skills.
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Good sales ability.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to handle rejection and overcome clients hesitations
