Our podcast serves as a real-time coaching and mentoring platform, addressing unique business, leadership, and self-development challenges our guests face.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance social media presence and brand visibility.
- Produce, edit, and manage podcast episodes, ensuring high-quality content and guest relations.
- Analyze marketing data to refine strategies and increase effectiveness.
- Create engaging graphic content and develop compelling copy for various marketing channels.
- Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve long-term goals for the marketing department and podcast growth.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- At least two years of experience in marketing with a proven track record in social media content creation and brand promotion.
- Strong video and audio editing, graphic design, and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in marketing management tools and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Reporting Structure**:

- This position reports directly to the CEO and Operations Manager.

**Compensation**:

- **Salary**: $1,000 to $1,500 monthly, based on experience and qualifications.
- **Performance Bonuses**: Annual bonuses based on company growth, with potential bonuses of $5,000 for every $1,000,000 in new sales generated at a 50% profit margin.
