We are a U.S. based company headquartered in the city of Medellin and we are currently seeking a motivated professional with Excel skills to join our team in our Medellin office as a Client Success Coordinator. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage and support all back office operations for designated clients
- Collaborate in the creation and updating of products on various E-Commerce platforms including Amazon and Shopify
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in data management, customer service messaging, and product and purchase order creation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and product quality
- Proactively participate in identifying opportunities for improvement in client relations, purchase orders and product-related processes

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English
- Ability to work in the company's Medellin office
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work accurately and organized
- Ability to learn quickly and to adapt to new processes and technologies
- Attention to detail and a focus on the quality of work
- Effective communication and ability to work in a team
- Previous experience in similar roles is valued but not essential

Pay: $2,000,000 - $2,500,000 per month
