**Responsibilities**:

- Gather and input detailed information about potential cases
- Provide excellent customer service to all prospective clients
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the firm's case management system
- Follow up with leads and schedule consultations for attorneys
- Work closely with attorneys and support staff to ensure smooth case intake processes

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience as an intake specialist in a U.S.based law firm (required)
- Strong customer service skills and ability to empathize with potential clients
- Proficiency with case management software and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in personal injury or employment law (preferred)
