Firma legal especializada en lesiones personales busca un/a **Intake Specialist bilingüe (inglés/español)** para ser el primer punto de contacto con potenciales clientes. Este rol es fundamental para brindar atención inicial, recopilar información clave y garantizar una experiência profesional y empática desde el primer momento.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Atender llamadas y mensajes de nuevos clientes en inglés y español
- Realizar entrevistas iniciales para evaluar la viabilidad del caso
- Ingresar datos precisos en el sistema de gestión de casos
- Coordinar citas con abogados y otros miembros del equipo
- Brindar atención empática, clara y profesional en situaciones sensibles
- Cumplir con métricas de conversión y tiempos de respuesta
Requisitos indispensables
- **Dominio fluido de inglés y español (oral y escrito)**:
- Experiência mínima de 1 año en atención al cliente, ventas, call center o firmas legales
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y escucha activa
- Capacidad para manejar información confidencial con discreción
- Manejo básico de herramientas digitales (CRM, correo electrónico, Excel)
Se valorará
- Experiência en firmas legales o aseguradoras
- Conocimiento básico de procesos legales en lesiones personales
- Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y con metas
- Disponibilidad para horarios flexible
