Title and Summary

Senior Analyst - Risk Management

Overview
- Responsible for increasing & protecting shareholder value
- Assists with managing banking and internal stakeholders relationships
- Support bank administration and treasury processes
- Working in a global business services team with cross-functional exposure and experiences

Role
- Executes on established treasury policies and processes for Bank Administration
- Assists with updates, standardization, and automation of bank administration processes
- Provides guidance to regional teams in matters related to bank administration
- Assists with ad hoc reporting and bank administration special requests
- Assist SOX and audit teams with bank administration audits and questions
- Working on opening & closing bank accounts for mergers & acquisition entities plus core existing business
- Coordinate effectively, timely, and accurately with cross-functional teams like treasury, tax, legal, and 3rd party banking institutions
- Assist in signatory update and support periodic entity KYC requests received from the bank.

.Responsible for managing risks to the company, its customers, shareholders, employees, and assets. Strives to identify and mitigate potential risk ( e.g. strategic, financial, operational, legal/ regulatory, brand/ reputation) to the company and provides risk management analysis, support, coordination, and oversight across the company.

All About You
- Experience conducting financial and operational analysis to support risk managers and customers on a global basis
- Demonstrated the ability to administer customer core risk management systems leveraged by business partners for systems expertise
- Experience documenting net exposures across various regions and highlighting high risk customers
- Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of corporate finance and banking operations
- Consistently delivering accurate analytical support in a timely manner.
- Experience evaluating solutions to treasury performance issues.
- Experience with mergers & acquisitions, including opening/closing bank accounts
- Controls & compliance focus balanced with a passion for enabling the business with efficiency
