- Participate in projects
- Provide consulting services such as software configuration and customization.
- Customer Relationship (contact with client)
- Conduct customer trainings and workshops
- Provide solutions to routine customer problems
- Guidance and user support
- Share Relevant information with leader and colleagues
Qualifications:
**Education**
- Degree in engineering, system analysis, or similar.
**Experience**
- A minimum of 3-year experience working in a relevant industry and/or with similar technology in a technical support/consulting role
**Technical knowledge**
- Experience in Projects or Solution Implementation
- Experience with Project Controls
- Knowledge of project management and project control methodologies
- Experience with any of the following software is a plus:
- EcoSys
- Oracle Primavera P6
- Oracle Primavera Unifier
- Oracle Aconex
- Ares Prism
- SAP
- Oracle EBS
- ERP Software
- Knowledge in SQL Statements and Programming Language such as JavaScript and VBA are a plus
