**What You'll Do**
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Review and document order specifications, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding order status, updates, and inquiries.
- Document all client interactions and maintain meticulous records.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for shipping options and carrier negotiations.
- Monitor and track orders from pickup to delivery, updating stakeholders as necessary.
- Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to optimize service and cost efficiencies.
- Manage documentation and invoicing related to logistics operations.
- Generate financial reports using QuickBooks, analyzing revenue, costs, and Profitability.
- Assist in accounts payable management, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Support payroll processing and financial record reconciliation as needed.
- Maintain systematic document filing and organization for accounting and logistics documentation.
- Prepare and distribute reports to management and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external Stakeholders.
- Handle miscellaneous personal tasks and administrative duties as assigned.
- Manage event registrations, personal correspondence, and other ad-hoc responsibilities.

**What You'll Bring To The Team**
- Previous experience in logistics coordination, executive assistance, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments, ability to learn quickly, and patience in handling tasks and interactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Advanced to native proficiency in English (written, spoken, comprehension)
