**Job Title**: Digital Marketing Analyst

**Location**: Medellín, MURANO - Calle 40sur # 41-44, Envigado.

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm - Weekends off

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
- Optimize upselling strategies and refine market positioning
- Manage social media ecosystems and develop innovative initiatives
- Conduct market research and create compelling campaigns
- Lead social media strategy and produce shareable content
- Identify new business opportunities and lead feasibility studies
- Build dashboards and present insights to senior leadership
- Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- **At least 3 years of experience in marketing roles**:

- **Expertise in CRM tools**, data visualization, and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proven track record in managing innovation projects.
- **English level B2**:

- **Marketing B2B**
