**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across **Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms**.
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Conduct keyword research and implement **SEO strategies** to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage social media channels, creating and scheduling content that aligns with the brand’s voice and goals.
- Analyze data from **Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools** to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing materials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Report on campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization.

**Requirements**:

- **2+ years** of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a performance-driven environment.
- Proven experience managing **Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads** with successful results.
- Proficiency in **Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other digital analytics tools**.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in **content marketing** and writing optimized copy for ads, blogs, and landing pages.
- Knowledge of **graphic design tools** like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies.
