**About the role**

AspenView Technology is looking for a **high-performing Sales Executive** to help us expand our footprint in the U.S. market. Based in Medellin, Colombia, this role is ideal for a dynamic, relationship-driven professional who thrives in the IT services space and is motivated by impact, autonomy, and growth.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, and closing strategic deals with clients across the United States. This is a client-facing, quota-carrying role that offers significant upside, visibility, and career progression. You’ll report directly to the **Senior Director of Business Development** and work alongside a supportive, collaborative global team.

**What you will do**:

- Source and engage prospective U.S.based clients through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and industry channels.
- Manage the **end-to-end sales cycle**—from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, contract negotiation, and onboarding.
- Develop deep relationships with decision-makers in IT, procurement, and HR to understand their business needs and position AspenView’s services as a solution.
- Present our IT services offering (staff augmentation, project-based solutions, and more) in a compelling and consultative way.
- Partner closely with internal teams—including recruitment, delivery, and operations—to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to manage your pipeline, track engagement, and forecast revenue.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive shifts, and emerging technologies to continuously sharpen your approach.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs

**What you bring**:

- ** 8+ years** of experience in a sales, business development, or account executive role—preferably in IT consulting, nearshore/offshore services, or tech outsourcing.
- Proven success closing deals with mid-market and enterprise clients in the U.S.
- Deep understanding of how IT services solve real business challenges—especially in fast-paced, tech-driven industries.
- ** Fluent English** communication skills (written and verbal), with confidence in presenting to and negotiating with senior-level stakeholders.
- CRM-savvy and comfortable with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-growth environment.
- Strong negotiation, solution-selling, and relationship management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (preferred, not required).
