Estamos buscando un **Sales Development Representative (SDR)**

Estamos en crecimiento y queremos que hagas parte de nuestro equipo comercial. Buscamos un **SDR proactivo, estratégico y orientado a resultados**, que nos ayude a generar oportunidades de negocio y a conectar con clientes potenciales que se beneficien de nuestras soluciones de software.

**Propósito del cargo**

Tu misión será **identificar, calificar y generar leads de calidad**, asegurando una transición efectiva al equipo de ventas y contribuyendo al crecimiento de la organización.

**Funciones principales**
- Atender y gestionar diariamente el chat.
- Contactar y calificar prospectos para identificar su potencial como clientes.
- Coordinar y agendar demos de 30 minutos con el equipo comercial.
- Registrar toda la gestión en **HubSpot** para dar visibilidad a la operación.
- Participar en reuniones periódicas con el área comercial y de mercadeo.

**Requisitos**
- Formación: Técnico o profesional (mínimo técnico).
- Experiência:

- Manejo de **Office**.
- Experiência en **CRM** (ideal HubSpot).
- Atención al cliente.
- Habilidades: comunicación asertiva, proactividad, orientación al logro.
- Nível de inglés: deseable (se valorará según experiência).

**Condiciones del cargo**
- **Contrato**: Indefinido.
- **Horario**: Lunes a viernes, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm.
- **Modalidad**: Remoto.
- **Salario**: $2.325.000 COP + **10% en comisiones por venta**.
- **Beneficios adicionales**: Auxilio de PC, puesto de trabajo y telefonía.
