**The Media Team**:
Genius Sports's iGaming media division specialises in connecting advertisers with premium inventory and relevant audiences, driving exceptional returns on media investments. We are now focused on expanding our sales efforts in Spanish speaking LATAM countries, targeting online sportsbooks and casinos seeking a powerful way to engage customers through our omnichannel media activation platform, Fanhub.
**Position Overview**: As the Head of Sales for Betting and Gaming - LATAM (ex Brazil), you will be responsible for the strategic selling of the Genius Sport's full suite of digital marketing services, both fully managed and Self Service directly to the IGaming industry. To succeed in this new business role, you must have established relationships with senior media stakeholders within IGaming brands and/or their agencies, as you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle of Genius Media services in Spanish speaking LATAM countries. This role will initially begin as an individual contributor sales role with a view to growing a team,
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and cultivate new revenue streams by engaging directly within the IGaming industry in LATAM (ex Brazil).
- Demonstrate expertise in Genius's Digital Marketing services capabilities, including key market differentiators.
- Secure new leads for our Fanhub media division.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with key decision-makers at tier 1 and 2 operators.
- Demonstrate the value of the Fanhub media buying platform through detailed product presentations and demonstrations.
- Implement a strategic plan to achieve revenue objectives.
- Effectively manage your pipeline of opportunities within Salesforce and provide regular progress reports to the leadership team.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies in sports advertising to inform strategic decision-making and sustain our competitive advantage.
- Attend industry conferences to actively pursue new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential partners.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams at Genius Sports, including product, marketing, and operations, to optimize revenue streams, refine product offerings, and introduce innovative solutions that address the evolving needs of advertisers.
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience in advertising sales with a track record in securing new business deals for Digital marketing services.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, identify market opportunities, and drive business growth.
- Proficiency in sales CRM systems, ad tech, and analytics tools.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for innovation, continuous learning, and driving change in the IGaming industry.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Proven success in selling Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) is preferred.
