We are looking for a **Head of Technology** with experience leading software development teams. This is a strategic and hands-on role that will oversee all aspects of itopia's technology and product architectureensuring scalable delivery, technical excellence, and alignment with business goals.
You will lead cross-functional engineering teams, define best practices, and drive the continued innovation of itopias core products.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build, lead, and scale high-performing software development teams (frontend, backend, DevOps, QA).
- Own the technical vision and architecture of product ecosystem, including CloudApps and SecureClass.
- Drive implementation of modern engineering practices: CI/CD, automated testing, code quality standards, peer reviews, etc.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and deliverables.
- Implement and maintain agile methodologies across development cycles (Scrum / Kanban).
- Create a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering organization.
- Ensure data security, system reliability, compliance, and scalability across all platforms.
- Work with leadership to align technical strategy with company growth objectives.
- Evaluate, adopt, and implement new technologies that optimize performance and customer experience.
- Represent the tech function with key partners (Google Cloud), enterprise clients, and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- **5+ years of experience** in software engineering, with at least 3 years leading development teams.
- Proven track record delivering cloud-based SaaS platforms in production environments.
- Strong background(leading) in modern backend and frontend development (Node.js, React, Python, Go, or similar).
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure, or other cloud-native architectures.
- Deep understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
- Experience hiring, mentoring, and managing distributed engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to translate technical complexity into business impact.
- **Fluent English (spoken and written) level B2, minimum**
