**Job Description**:
The Standards & Governance Manager is fully accountable for all Standards & Governance activities for the affiliate, namely for consolidating effective and solid affiliate Governance (Definition, Maintenance, and Communication). Is responsible for providing support to the affiliate on matters related to processes and Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) development, review, approval, implementation, communication, control, process enhancement, in strong liaison with Compliance and Legal, review, and approval of commercial and medical materials, review and management of corporate documents.
The Standards & Governance Manager is responsible for overall oversight, providing the strategic vision, driving governance, and driving and operationalizing business/process improvements across these areas,
The role is responsible for supporting internal audits, for ensuring that affiliate personnel, Corporate Compliance and/or the Affiliate Compliance Officer are supported as needed in relation to Compliance activities (e.g., Corporate Compliance quarterly monitoring).
**Qualifications**:
- ** A minimum of 2 years in a similar function in the pharmaceutical industry**:
- Experience with writing and developing policies and guidelines.
- ** Experience in innovation and process monitoring of both privacy data, documentation, quality, etc.**:
- Excellent and professional communication, presentation, business partner
- Experience driving Compliance/Governance type of functions
- ** Training on Compliance/Governance themes**:
- Bachelor’s degree and any other relevant education
- Training on Compliance/Governance themes
- Proven track record of driving change management internally
- ** English fluent**:
- Highly collaborative, perceptive an analytical problem solver, and exhibits agility
- Knowledge of local regulations and market requirements. Data-driven and attention to detail.
