**What you will do**
- Start new projects and establish efficient PM processes for new Projects and Accounts at the Data Studio
- Support sales process
- Drive Inception & Discovery phases for new engagements
- Manage Pilot Projects
- Consult/Mentor/Teach/Coach AgileEngine Teams and Clients
- Help with improving the PM processes for existing projects
- Take responsibility and tailor the best solution in terms of budget/scope/time
- Manage people and build strong, trustful relations with clients/stakeholders
**Our team is missing someone who has**
- Understanding of software development life cycle and PM practices
- Experience with planning, work tracking, requirements elicitation and other PM activities
- Hands-on PM experience
- Go-getter and result-oriented attitude
- Run portfolio of multiple projects and accounts
- Develop and share weekly, monthly and quarterly portfolio dashboards and governance reports
- Engage into and coordinate pre-project process and discussions with stakeholders to build the optimal delivery engagement and/or solution approach that would meet stakeholder’s goals and customer’s commercial interests.
- Support team ramp up and onboarding (from recruitment and forming teams to process establishment and stabilization)
- Set up best practices (tools, processes, people management), ensure projects meet industry leading quality standards, and knowledge sharing with the customer’s teams.
- Monitor changing customers’ needs and proactively offer the right solutions out of the full spectrum of services available
- On demand provide consulting/coaching/training for project team members (e.g. team leads, scrum masters, etc.)
- Provide proactive constructive input to the organization on services and solutions that should be considered for improvement and/or creation
- Regularly monitor and continuously improve stakeholder’s satisfaction
- Manage risks, anticipate problems before they arise, and work with appropriate personnel to develop solutions
- The desire and motivation to follow new technologies, trends, and best practices
- Advanced English
**Would be a plus**:
- Previous experience as a Digital Consultancy, Business Analyst and/or Account Manager and/or Client Success Manager
- Development experience and engineering background is a big plus
- People management experience - mentoring technical team members
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI (CAPM, PMI-ACP) or other PM and Agile-related certifications
