**Business Background**: Citi's Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) department offers the industry's most comprehensive suite of treasury and trade solutions including cash management, payments, receivables, liquidity management and investment services, working capital solutions, commercial card programs, trade finance and services. The North America Implementation team has 150 employees located across the United States and Colombia. This team is responsible for onboarding clients onto a wide array of products and services. As the Risk and Control Analyst, you will have the opportunity to be part of a critical function that is key to the success of the organization. Risk and Control is a highly visible, dynamic area that balances client satisfaction, process efficiency and regulatory requirements. This role will require partnership with all levels of the Implementation organization. **Key Responsibilities**: - Manager Control Assessment: Review deal execution against requirements, identify, document, and escalate gaps to Risk manager - Document Management: Update and communicate changes to governance documents - Audit Support: Research, compile and provide detailed evidence of activities and governance documents to Risk Manager/Risk Project Manager in response to requests from Internal and External Audit - Continuity of Business: Partner with COB coordinator to execute testing requirements - Identify Process Gaps and propose solutions to address - Design and execute communication plans specific to Risk and Control - Manage quarterly updates for entitlement profiles - Track the completion of risk requests and milestones - Proactively align with managers to raise awareness of risk concerns/issues - Timely execution of all deliverables by required deadlines **Knowledge & Experience**: - +4 years relevant experience - Previous experience with Risk and Control activities/requirements - Proven ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously with varied scope and complexity - 2 years of client project and/or project management experience - Experience with cross-functional teams - 100% Bi-lingual proficiency, both oral and written - TTS experience a plus - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience **Skills**: - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite - Capacity to embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations, changes in direction, and altering priorities - Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment - Attention to detail and time management a must - **Job Family Group**: Implementation - **Job Family**: Technical & Network Build - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
