- Ensure that all cybersecurity documentation is up-to-date, accurately reflecting project statuses and decisions.
- **Project Tracking and Control**:
- Monitor the progress of cybersecurity projects, ensuring that they remain on schedule and within scope.
- Assist in the preparation of status reports and dashboards to provide visibility into project milestones and deliverables.
- Track and document the completion of tasks, milestones, and action items, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
- **SLA Monitoring and Compliance**:
- Monitor and track Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure that all commitments are met.
- Document and report any deviations from SLAs, working with the cybersecurity team to address and resolve issues.
- Maintain a clear record of SLA performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
- **Quality Control and Assurance**:
- Assist in the review of project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client requirements.
- Participate in quality assurance activities, such as document reviews and process audits, to maintain high standards across all cybersecurity projects.
- **Team Collaboration and Support**:
- Work closely with project managers, cybersecurity analysts, and other team members to support project needs.
- Provide administrative support for project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting action items.

**Must Have Skills **
**Documentation and Organizational Skills (1+ years)**:Experience in managing and organizing documentation, with attention to detail and accuracy.

**Understanding of SLAs (1+ years)**:Basic knowledge of Service Level Agreements and the importance of monitoring and reporting compliance.
