Responsibilities Roca Alliances is a specialized recruitment and operations partner in the technology sector, building high‑performance teams across Latin America for multinational companies. This opportunity is for a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting for a global technology client focused on safeguarding digital environments within a fast‑evolving, highly competitive industry. The role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver insights that inform strategic decisions and drive business performance. - Financial planning and analysis: build and maintain forecasts, budgets, and long‑term plans; analyze trends and variances; prepare executive‑level reports and presentations. - Performance metrics: design, track, and interpret KPIs to assess financial health and operational efficiency; provide actionable recommendations. - Financial modeling: develop and maintain models for pricing, investments, and scenario analysis aligned with business objectives. - Cost analysis: optimize resource allocation; identify savings; track and control departmental expenses. - Ad‑hoc analysis: conduct market research, benchmarking, and special financial analyses as requested. - Cross‑functional collaboration: partner with finance, operations, sales, and marketing to ensure accurate and comprehensive reporting. - Continuous improvement: advance FP&A maturity through best practices, automation, and scalable processes. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. - Master’s degree, CFA, or CPA is a plus. - 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in technology or cybersecurity. - Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. - Experience building dashboards and executive reporting frameworks. - Background in high‑growth SaaS or subscription‑based environments. - Familiarity with channel‑led, two‑tier distribution or hybrid GTM models. - Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and terminology.
