We are looking to expand our team by hiring a new **Product Manager - Human Capital Management**, a team player who is ready to make the role their own and bring their own ideas and innovations to the table. Reporting to the **Sr Product Manager of Product & Technology**, you will be working on Elements' Human Capital Management Solutions vertical. **Key Responsibilities** - Work with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications - Develop automated and consolidated digital solutions for otherwise manual multi-platform processes - Collaborate with UX design team to conceptualize user experience, communicate high-level requirements - Brainstorm with product analysts who will be dedicated to your projects, to refine requirements and communicate these with the design and development teams - Follow up with clients to draw user insights and translate their feedback into improvements to the platform - Manage diverse features within the Pay Solutions product line, including global payroll, contractor pay and expense management - Explain workflows and project plans to the development team and work with them to ensure a thorough understanding - Monitor competition, conduct ongoing research to understand advances made in the industry - Drive creative solutions for bugs, defects, and any technical issues - Develop UAT scripts and coordinate all aspects of release testing - Maintain product documentation - Collaborating with a globally diverse team, working in multiple time zones **About You** - Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related fields - 3 years' experience handling Product projects in similar or related positions - Experience working on the design of payroll software, or related technology - 5+ years of experience in the translation of business visions and complex concepts into technical requirements, including previous roles as Business or Product Analyst **What We Value** - You are an advocate for client experience - You have strong problem-solving skills; ability to see challenges as opportunities - You have understanding of content and product development and agile methodology - You have passion for collaborating with diverse and global teams and learning & development for the purpose of achieving results - You have excellent verbal and written communication skills - You have strong fluency in English **What We Offer** - Opportunity to work in a company that is revolutionizing the market and is experiencing exponential growth - Allow your inspirational ideas to come to life in a highly creative and executional environment - Ability to work in an organization with over 40 nationalities all over the world, which embraces diversity, inclusion, and belonging at its core - The opportunity to challenge in a high performing organization and leave each day knowing you have made an impact This position description may not describe all duties, responsibilities, and skills associated with this position.
