You will capture, enter and validate customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, using all methods and all order types.
** How you will contribute**
You will:
- Serve as a dedicated contact (business partner) for a defined set of customers for order management
- Take orders, process and edit them, ensure delivery on a timely and accurate manner, and create billing information (including credit and debit notes)
- Have regular direct contact with customers (supply chain or buying department) regarding logistics
- Optimize order drop sizes and frequency in alignment with the customer to reduce outbound transportation costs
- Ensure that order acknowledgment and/or export documents are complete, accurate and in line with export /import laws in the relevant country
- Organize transport via third-party logistic operators and ensure on time delivery

- High-level of SAP competence
- Within an FMCG/CPG company
- A customer-facing role in customer service, logistics or sales
- An order-to-cash environment
- Good knowledge of the total supply chain/order-to-cash process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Order Management Specialist es responsable del procesamiento eficiente y preciso de las órdenes de compra de los clientes, desde el ingreso al sistema hasta la asignación de inventario, garantizando el mejor nível de servicio al cliente.
** Descripción de puesto**
- Procesar las órdenes de compra entrantes de los clientes de manera rápida y precisa en el sistema de gestión de pedidos.
- Realizar asignaciones, modificaciones y ajustes de pedidos según los requerimientos y alineamientos del equipo multifuncional.
- Realizar seguimiento de las órdenes recibidas para asegurar su procesamiento oportuno.
- Colaborar para resolver las consultas de los clientes internos y externos y gestionar la entrega de pedidos dentro de los plazos y límites establecidos.
- Generar informes de seguimiento de órdenes y métricas de rendimiento.
- Revisar y validar la precisión de los pedidos procesados a través de la herramienta Elemica.
- Procesar notas de crédito/débito según las solicitudes de rechazos/devoluciones recibidas.
- Contribuir con ideas de mejora de procesos y estandarización
- Ejecutar proceso según las políticas /controles definidos.
- Resolver problemas relacionados con las órdenes (cambios, cancelaciones, errores).
** Qué aportarás**
- Experiência de 1-2 años en servicio al cliente, logística, order management, facturación, crédito, cartera o contabilidad financiera
- Profesional/Técnico en Economía, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, y carreras afines.
- Buenas habilidades de razonamiento numérico, analítico y lógico
- Orientación al cliente.
- Atención al detalle y precisión.
- Conocimiento general de los procesos de Order to Cash (OTC) y funciones de la cadena de suministro.
- Habilidades de comunicación efectiva (oral y escrita) y trabajo en equipo
- Habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo.
- Conocimiento en MS Office y excelente manejo de excel
- Experiência en compañías de Consumo Masivo. Deseable
- Manejo de herramientas como Elemica y sistemas SAP. Deseable
- Ingles nível intermedio. Deseable
