**About Rol**

As Global Inventory Analyst you will work in an agile, planned, organized and disciplined manner. You will be responsible for identifying the Inventory Losses of each country according to the implemented methodology, ensuring the identification of the novelties of receipt, purchase order, anomalies in the causation of blockages, certifying the final disposition of the products and generating preventive alerts to perform joint actions with operations that allow us to control the risks of product loss in the warehouses.

**What You’ll Do**
- Review daily the inventory movements of the previous day focused on net adjustments, adjustments of major impact justifications, productivity in counts, blocking causation and news by warehouse.
- Validate daily with the Warehouse Leader the percentage progress in the justifications of the inventory adjustments.
- Daily ensures that the team defined for inventory control complies with the procedures and responsibilities designed for this process.
- Daily reviews cycle counts and approvals to detect anomalies in the process.
- Daily follows up on the execution of the schedules designed by the inventory leader, generates preventive alerts on products that are sensitive to expiration.
- Based on the results obtained will recommend audits in the warehouse on any process (receipt, preparation, verification or dispatch) that allows to identify risks or improvements and manages them together with the Warehouse Leader.
- Weekly plans the large cyclic days based on the results of the infull and the progress of the inventory compliance.
- Monthly presents improvement initiatives that solve and impact the needs of the national operation and that aim to control inventory losses.
- Supports investigations conducted by the Security Manager (when required) regarding findings related to product losses.

**Required Qualifications**
- More than 2 years of experience in inventory management and knowledge in logistics operations. -Technologist in logistics, administration or related fields.
- Ability to work in a team, prioritize tasks, leadership, responsibility.
- Strategic vision, risk identification and problem solving skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel
