**FP&A Analyst** to be a part of our Finance team.

**You will thrive at Zemoga if you have**:

- +4 year of experience working in FP&A, Financial Planning, or Controllership teams
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills includes analytical modeling, robust chart prep and data mining for large data sets.
- Ability to quickly pickup new technologies and systems.
- Business Intelligence tools knowledge such as PowerBi or Tableu.
- Build annual budgets, strategic business plans and follow monthly rolling forecasts including analysis and prepare monthly commentary to explain variances between actual results and/or budget and forecasts.
- Experience in team-leadership roles.
- Develop, and distribute tools, templates and dashboards to senior management team for planning, reporting and recommendations to achieve targets purposes.
- Excellent communication skills, able to confidently present in front of both internal and external audience.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing and share monthly results with Business Partners as well as Budget Owners.
- Provide cost-benefit analysis and costing scenarios based on the business leaders' strategic direction and input. (Gross Margin Analysis)
- Good English skills (B2 or higher)

**Nice to have skills**:

- Knowledge working with Netsuite ERP
- Experience in Tech Companies.
