**We are searching the best talent for BUF Finance Analyst to be in Bogotá, Colombia**

**Purpose**:The person will be responsible for evaluating commercial business cases and also providing financial information to support the business through review and analysis of mix and components of Local and System GP as well as opex items. This position builds and consolidates necessary reports to perform a deep dive of the forecast and current information of Northern Cluster PnL. This role also develops templates and validates data quality for business cases, while supporting the decision making of business leaders for the northern cluster.Provides accurate, timely, and meaningful financial analysis to influence business decisions. Provides analysis to business partners, including: business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliations. Participates on cross-functional work teams.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Validate data quality and evaluate business cases related to commercial proposals for pricing, rebates, bonuses, capex, strategic solutions projects and any other added value proposals.
- Serves as point of contact for both the marketing and commercial teams
- Builds and updates reports and templates for analyzing business cases, MD and franchise finance performance and any other ad hoc need.
- Prepares both periodic and ad hoc standard reports and presentations related to business results.
- Carry out monitoring of prices increase targets and Standard Gross Profit generated by each franchise and channel.
- Analysis of concepts that make up the GTN and its impact on profitability and business growth.
- Identify relevant drivers that generate inputs in the building of forecast and actuals analysis of PnL at One MD level.
- Monitors and controls both CIP and Capex execution.
- Challenges business assumptions, helps to develop alternative scenarios and educates business partner on financial issues, concepts and ownership.
- Conducts complex financial, accounting or planning analyses of various functions such as budgeting, forecasting, capital expenditures programs, financial planning and consolidations.
- Prepares monthly financial reports and related analyses.
- Provides input in financial planning process, creating and maintaining financial models.
- Supports senior analysts with comprehensive research and analysis.
- Studies and recommends ways to automate or improve current financial reporting processes.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree required (prefer major in Accounting/Finance/Industrial Engineering/Business Administration/Economics).
- Post-graduate studies in Finance is a plus.
- 3 to 5 years of experienced is required.
- Financial Planning and business experience (forecast, financial analysis, reports, and variance analysis) required.
- Analytical and numerical skills.
- Data management and software skills (advanced excel).
- Interested on commercial finance, preferable with experience
- Experience with SAP. TM1 is a plus
- Advanced English
